Day 4-Your parents
Well it's just me and Mom.

This picture is 3 years old. It was taken at my senior prom. But I just think it's a great picture of us.
I love my mom more than anyone in the world. She is my best friend. She makes me laugh with her cheesy jokes and puns. When I need her, she is there. We compliment each other in a lot of ways, especially in the kitchen, we're unstoppable. I'm a lot like her in many ways. She's a leader and so am I. She's very matter of fact, as am I. I get my blonde hair and green eye from her. She's the strongest person I know. She's been through so much in her life and she's survived all of it. More than surviving though, she's taken those experiences and allowed God to use them. She loves the Lord. And although she is not a cryer, she will cry over talking about the Lord. Not sad tears, but awe-filled, joyous tears. She loves her kids and they are a huge priority even though we are all grown. Also, watch out if you mess with her kids or grands, she'll get you. I could give you a few names for proof if you'd like! :) We still need our Mommy every once and a while. Truth is we would be lost without her. She's the glue to what makes our family a good family. She's selfless, putting others before her so much of the time. I know her better than almost anyone because it's just been the two of us for a long time. My friends love her, so much so they will go out of their way to say hey to her or ask if she will be at a party I'm throwing. She's basically the best mom ever, but I'm biased.
She's not perfect, by any means, but she's mine and I would have her any other way. Love you Momma!
